Size: 58 x 89cm Based on the theological comparisons regarding the stories of Tamar in Genesis 38 and Tamar from 2 Samuel 13; a narrative union of the two female characters demonstrated as one. Both sharing consequential results of patriarchal neglect through ancestral transgression. Judah’s signet ring and staff revealed from the Genesis story, while kneeling at the landscape and real-life physical steps of Absolom’s tomb located in Jerusalem today
Size: 95 x 151 cm Exodus 2 story of Pharaoh’s daughter finding Moses in the Nile River. “Then Pharaoh’s daughter went down to the Nile to bathe, and her attendants were walking along with her riverbank. She saw a basket among the reeds and sent her female slave to get it”
